In 1998 Rummel acquired Circle B Mfg., a high volume metal stamping facility in Ft. Pierce, FL. Rummel's first foray into this area of manufacturing was an immediate success as Circle B was already a premier supplier of parts to the automotive industry and others. Because of Circle B's large Flordia customer base, this acquisition also extended Rummel Stampings' presence to include the entire Southeast.

2001 saw the addition of short run metal stamping to the New Jersey operation through the acquisition of Combined Processes of South Plainfield, New Jersey. This purchase also brought additional business to the metal stamping department already established in Georgia.

2002 brought the acquisition of Universal Products in Brockton, MA which, like Circle B, was another premier supplier of high volume metal and plastic products. Universal's emphasis on automation and research & development were combined with Rummel Stamping's operation to greatly enhance the services and products they supply.

2006 finds Rummel Industries continuing to operate in two locations. Their site in Union, New Jersey, in addition to still being a full service manufacturing facility, now also serves as the company's corporate headquarters. While Rummel Stampings through its emphasis on cross-training and technology has continued its growth and currently utilizes over 70,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Rome, GA.
