RUMMEL INDUSTRIES 1500W MAZAK LASER and accompanying SMART SYSTEM software can blank parts at up to 100 in/min. It can outperform comparable size turret punch presses for material up to 3/16" thick and effectively process up to 1/4" thick stainless and 3/8" thick mild steel. Our laser is also capable of cutting aluminum, copper, brass and plastics. In addition to cutting a wide variety of materials effectively, this machine allows RUMMEL to produce new parts without the expense of permanent tooling. This considerable savings can then be passed on to the customer.
